Return Policy

We want you to have a convenient shopping experience, and be happy with your purchase at ModernShoppe.

It is good practice for online shoppers like you to read the store’s return policy for peace of mind and satisfaction with your purchases.

Our return policy is based solely on our manufacturer’s return policy and most of them do not accept returns, or may require a 25% restocking fee within 15 days of receipt of item/s purchased.

We do our best to provide you with all the product information you need including Return Policy, Dimensions, Material and High Resolution Product Shots to help you better decide in purchasing the products.

Please make sure to inspect the delivered items once you have received them. We allow a 15-day grace period to return damaged or incorrect items shipped to you.

Returns and Exchange Policy

    We accept returns and exchanges for the following orders:
  • Items received damaged or broken
  • Incorrect items that were shipped
  • Defective items due to manufacturing
What to do next?
    The best way to get the return/replacement expedited is to email us at info@modernshoppe.ca with the following info:
  • Full Name of Recipient
  • Order Number
  • Attachment of picture/s showing the damaged part of the item and packaging or box. Please do not throw the packaging or box or any packaging materials that come with the item/s. Without the box, we will not be able to replace or refund you.

Once we receive your email, we will immediately provide you with instructions on what to do with the broken/damaged item/s.

Approved Refunds or Store Credits will be processed after the damaged or incorrect items have been received by the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
